Advice on Buying a VR Cricket Bat for Meta Quest from VR Cricket Guy

I am now much happier to use the VR Cricket Bat from VRMERCHSTORE.com – the weight is perfect. IT IS LIGHT, but it does not cause any fatigue and this makes playing the game for long periods so much more enjoyable and immersive.

VR Cricket is really starting to get noticed on social media. The Meta Quest 3 and 3s seem to be the most popular VR headsets that people are using. So, at least 2-3 times a week I am asked which is the best VR cricket bat to buy.

I have used several VR cricket bat attachments over the last 2 to 3 years. What I have discovered is using a heavy weight bat is not the best way to go. I have used some great heavy bats in the past. Beautifully made and they looked fabulous, BUT in my honest opinion, they cause fatigue very quickly.

The reason for the fatigue is that when you play VR cricket, you are facing a delivery once every 8-15 seconds with no rest. So continuously lifting you bat in the back lift can cause your elbow joints and ligaments to ache after playing for 30-45 minutes. This, for me, reduced the fun of the game.

So, I always now recommend the VR PRO bat from VRMERCHSTORE.COM The main reason is that it enables me to play a longer innings without causing my elbow and forearm to feel like they are on fire. What you need to remember is that when you play with a real weight bat outdoors, you get a lot of rest in between deliveries, but in VR you just don’t play that way.

Using my 3 years of experience of playing VR cricket, I highly suggest playing with a lighter bat to keep the enjoyment levels at the highest at all times.
