With the Meta Quest 3 and 3S continuing to dominate standalone VR, more cricket fans than ever are stepping into the crease from their own living rooms. I’ve spent plenty of hours testing every major VR cricket game on the Quest platform, and I’m here to give you the definitive 2026 ranking of what’s actually available on the Meta Quest Store.

I’ve ranked them based on realism, physics, immersion, gameplay depth, and overall enjoyment. Spoiler: there’s still one clear winner.
1. iB Cricket (The Undisputed #1 VR Cricket Game)
iB Cricket remains the king of VR cricket in 2026 — and in my professional opinion, it’s not even close.

You step into world-class stadiums with roaring crowds, realistic physics that reward proper timing and technique, and an incredible range of modes including practice nets, leagues, and custom challenges. The bat swing translation on the Quest 3/3S feels the most natural of any game I’ve played, and the AI bowlers (especially on Ultra Insane difficulty) will genuinely test your skills.
This is the game I recommend to every beginner and serious player. It’s the one I play the most, and the one I always come back to.

2. Cricket Strike
A strong second place and a very solid choice if you want something different from iB Cricket.

Cricket Strike offers authentic gameplay with multiple modes including Chase Mode, Super Over, Challenges, and full tournaments (50 Over World Cup, 20 Over, etc.). The presentation is clean and the bowling variety is decent. Many players call it the second-best VR cricket experience on the store right now.
It’s a good option if you want a slightly different feel, but it still doesn’t match iB Cricket’s physics and immersion for me.
3. Final Overs – VR Cricket
Final Overs focuses heavily on innovative physics and beautiful world-class stadiums. It has some exciting gameplay features and looks fantastic on the Quest 3/3S.
It’s a polished experience with good production values, but the overall realism and depth still sit behind iB Cricket in my testing.
4. CricketR – The Virtual Reality Cricket Game
CricketR aims for immersion with precise batting, bowling, and fielding mechanics and a recent domestic tournament update. It’s a solid entry that some players enjoy for its local-tournament focus.
It’s worth checking out if you’ve already played the top games and want something fresh, but it doesn’t quite reach the same level of realism as the top three.
5. VR Cricket Pro: Ultimate Challenges 2026
A newer title (released late 2025) that focuses on skill-based challenges. It’s designed specifically for VR and has some interesting modes.
It’s still finding its feet compared to the more established games, but it shows the genre is growing.
Other / Minor Titles
There are a few smaller or generic “Cricket” titles on the store, but none of them currently compete with the main games listed above in terms of quality or realism.
The Only VR Bat I Recommend
No matter which game you choose, the experience is dramatically better with a proper bat.
The BEST VR cricket bat on the market is the one from VR Merch Store.
I’ve tested everything available, and nothing else comes close in weight, balance, grip, and tracking accuracy. VR Cricket Guy does not recommend anything else.
Final Verdict
If you only buy one VR cricket game in 2026, make it iB Cricket. It’s the most realistic, most immersive, and most replayable experience on the Meta Quest platform right now.
Head to the Meta Quest Store, search for iB Cricket, and use code VRCGUY at checkout to get the best possible price.
