Tournament Season 3 Starts Today
Season 3 is officially underway and runs from 25 May to 6 September 2026.
Your Season Rating is now calculated from your best performances across three tournament types:
- 16 best iBC 250 tournaments
- 8 best iBC 500 tournaments
- 4 best iBC 1000 tournaments
It is time to compete, climb the global leaderboard, and make this your strongest season yet.
Intelligent and Dynamic Fielding Improvements
The update significantly improves fielding AI for a more realistic and balanced experience:
- More intelligent and adaptive field placements based on the batsman’s scoring regions
- Refined fielding responsiveness
- Smoother fielder transitions when returning to position after the ball is dead
- Enhanced bowler reactions to balls hit directly toward them
These changes make every delivery feel more natural and competitive.
Unlimited Overs Gameplay Upgrades
Players who enjoy the longer Unlimited Overs format will notice several welcome improvements:
- More dynamic bowling spells based on batsman behaviour and match flow
- Refined ball line and length variations
- A new ball introduced every 80 overs
- Smarter fielding adjustments according to the current match situation
Expanded Match Stats During Gameplay
You can now track more detailed real-time statistics while playing:
- Fall of wickets
- Partnership data
- Upcoming bowlers list for the innings
This extra information helps you make better tactical decisions on the fly.
Useful UI Improvements
The new update also includes several quality-of-life changes to the user interface:
- New option in Settings to switch between left-hand bat and right-hand bat during a match (especially helpful in turn-based gameplay after each wicket)
- My Matches screen now clearly shows matches where your innings is pending, in progress, or completed and waiting for your opponent (across Season Tournaments, Custom Tournaments, and Leagues)
- Stock delivery and special ball probability information has been removed from higher bowling difficulties for a cleaner experience
New Assets and Improved Immersion
Two brand-new stadiums have been added to give your matches fresh environments.
Indian city jerseys have also been updated for better visual accuracy.
Finally, celebration effects have been tuned with subtle smoke and flame throwers inspired by real-world cricket, adding more atmosphere to big moments.
